Social Media for Lawyers: Opportunities and Hazards

​In March we’re highlighting books about social media and the law. Some illustrate how lawyers can capitalize on the use of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for branding, marketing and presenting themselves as thought leaders. Other works emphasize the potential for archived social media posts to end up as evidence in family law matters, corporate internal investigations and criminal trials. Chief Justices to Host Listening Session About Justice System at Roxbury Community College

On Thursday, February 27, the Massachusetts judiciary, including Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants and Appeals Court Chief Justice Mark V. Green, will host a listening session at Roxbury Community College to hear from the public about ways that the justice system could be improved and the experiences of diverse communities when they go to Massachusetts courts.
