Day 1 will cover:
- The nuts and bolts of search warrants:
- Probable cause
- Nexus
- Scope
- Confidential informants and Aguilar-Spinelli
- Special Issues with Digital Evidence including:
- Cell phone searches and Social Media posts
CPCS approved 2.0 credits for each day for the Criminal Trials and Appeals, YAD Trials and Appeals and CAFL panels.
