Search and seizure law remains one of the most heavily litigated, fast-moving areas of Massachusetts criminal practice. From evolving standards for digital evidence to street-level threshold inquiries, successful advocacy requires a command of constitutional principles and procedural mechanics.

- Special Issues with Digital Evidence including:
- Cell phone searches and Social Media posts
