The Social Law Library is proud to announce the addition of a Huddle Room for Library members. Huddle Rooms are defined as small conference areas that are equipped with audio, video and display system technology. These rooms are often used by groups who want to get together for impromptu or previously scheduled meetings to collaborate on projects.
The Social Law Library has upgraded its 5th Floor Conference Room to provide you the tools you need to meet your audio & video conferencing goals:
The Library also offers simple audio conferencing as well as video conferencing. Use our brand new Polycom phone in conjunction with industry leader Conference America to put all of your stakeholders in one room. Reservationless HD calling on a toll-free number that is available nationwide, Conference America is available to you through the Social Law Library Huddle Service.
The Social Law Library is located in the beautiful John Adams Courthouse in the very heart of Boston. We are centrally located and accessible to anyone who would like to attend your meeting in person. The Library also offers parking discounts to nearby garages and is accessible by the MBTA.
Social Law can set-up and test the equipment for your next meeting. Library staff is always available to connect your laptop and other devices to our equipment. Or, if you don’t have the equipment you need, use ours. We want you to have a great meeting. Need someone to accept delivery from a caterer? Print signage to get your on-site attendees to where they need to go? We take care of all of that.
