To assist you in advocating for consumers during the COVID-19 crisis, the Boston-based National Consumer Law Center has extended access to remote members of the Social Law Library until July 1. This means that while you're working from home, all 21 titles in the Consumer Law Practice Series are available to you.
The materials cover credit, collections, credit reporting, repossessions or foreclosures, payments, deception, class actions, arbitration clauses, bankruptcy, and more, with thousands of sample pleadings as well as practice tools and primary sources.
Also included, for your convenience, is access to HUD Housing Programs : Tenants' Rights (Green Book), published by the National Housing Law Project.
To access the materials, use the link under “Subscribed Databases” on our Research Databases page https://www.socialaw.com/research/library-resources/research-databases.
