The Code of Massachusetts Regulations scans are archived as the regulations appear on December 31st of each year. If you need to determine whether there were amendments to a CMR section within that calendar year, please contact the Reference Department or consult the Cumulative Table of Changes (located in the last issue of the Register for that year). For Massachusetts regulatory research before 1987, please contact the Reference staff.
