AILALink is an immigration law resource published by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) containing full text access to primary law materials including the Immigration and Nationality Act, relevant regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), the Federal Register, the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) as well as important immigration court cases, agency memos, minutes, government forms, manuals and related periodicals.
AILALink includes publications such as Kurzban’s Immigration Law Sourcebook, Essentials of Immigration Law, Navigating the Fundamentals of Immigration Law, AILA’s Asylum Primer, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) Practice Manual, Representing Clients in Immigration Court, and the Consular Practice Handbook.
