This week a group enjoyed a program with attorney Milton Bordwin who discussed his book Solved! Over Bordwin’s 60-year career problems came from clients in many industries and involved many legal specialties. In one tale, Bordwin had to advise the client that The Law was not the solution to his immediate problem. He recommended a quicker, more practical answer: Public Relations! Bordwin discussed “strategic lawyering”, advocacy, ethics and negotiation during this lively and informative talk.
