SEPARATION AGREEMENTS, SETTLEMENTS AND THE PATHWAYS TO GETTING THE JOB DONE

Faculty

Most divorce cases will end with a separation agreement or an agreement for judgment. This session will cover the drafting of effective separation agreements and also agreements for judgments in modification and contempt actions. It will then survey the various pathways to settlement. Is your case ripe for mediation? What about conciliation? Methods of alternative ways to “get the job done” will be discussed.
