The world of condominium insurance can be complicated and there are traps for the unwary. Our program will discuss the key aspects of association insurance including what coverages are needed, responsibility for deductibles, individual unit owner coverage, as well as common errors and the difference between a casualty loss and common maintenance. The discussion will also include how Directors and Officers Liability Insurance is essential for all associations and how and when insurance may provide defense costs.
