Day 1- MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES – Competency to Stand Trial, Lack of Criminal Responsibility Defense and Diminished Capacity
Thursday, May 4, 2023 – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm ET

Day 2- JURY ISSUES: Empanelment, Batson/Soares, Issues with Deliberating Jurors 
Thursday, May 11, 2023 – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm ET

Day 3- EVIDENTIARY ISSUES – Caselaw Update, Digital Evidence, Adjutant, Expert Testimony
Thursday, May 18, 2023 – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm ET

Day 4- GANG ISSUES - Discovery, Joint Venture, Felony Murder, 3rd Party Culprit, Bowden 
Thursday, June 8, 2023 – 4:15 pm – 6:15 pm ET
 
Program Fee: $199 for all 4 Days

CPCS approved 2.0 credits per session for the Adult Criminal Trial, Adult Criminal Appeals, YAD, and YAD Appeals. 
SORB/SDP will grant 2.0 credits for Days 1 and 2 only. Mental Health Appeals will grant 2.0 credits for Days 1 and 3 only. Parole and Medical Parole will grant 2.0 credits for Day 1 only.
