Over the past year and one half, the Supreme Judicial Court and the Appeals Court have addressed many important issues affecting criminal cases, jury trial management and civil matters. Join Hon. Kathryn E. Hand, Associate Justice of the Appeals Court, and Hon. Douglas H. Wilkins, Associate Justice of the Superior Court, for a brief survey of selected civil and criminal cases recently decided by the Massachusetts appellate courts. Don’t miss this opportunity to refresh yourself on new developments or catch up on what you may have missed.

Registrations accepted in order of receipt. Registration fees are non-refundable. Most Social Law Library CLE events are recorded and recordings are sent to all who are registered. The recording is available by digital download, generally within a week after the program date. CLE credit, when applicable, is only granted when the live webinar is attended.
