Alan S. Fanger, Esq.
President, EmpowerLegal, Inc.
Litigation is quite anxiety-provoking for most clients, and we tout ours as being a “helping” profession. But when it comes to preparing clients for deposition, trial and mediation, are there innovative steps that can be taken to tailor your preparation to the client’s personality profile? And beyond this, what types of “investments” in preparation tend to pay dividends in the form of effective client performance and understanding? Alan Fanger, a Natick-based veteran litigator, has nearly 33 years of experience and is also the founder and CEO of EmpowerLegal, Inc., which provides an online learning platform that supplements counsel’s preparation of clients for major litigation events. Alan has given seminars on client preparation for bar associations and CLE providers across the country and will share his insights and suggestions for “raising the bar” on client preparation.
