The Honorable Douglas H. Wilkins will provide commentary on his view from the bench;
A. Bernard Guekguezian, Adler Cohen Harvey Wakeman Guekguezian, on persuasive Opening Statements & Closing Arguments;

Elizabeth N. Mulvey, Crowe & Mulvey LLP, on effective Cross Examination;
Raymond P. Ausrotas, Arrowood LLP, author of the LexisNexis treatise Massachusetts Civil Trial Practice will moderate the discussion.

The event will be held at the Social Law Library on June 6, 2018, starting at 4:00 p.m., and is expected to run for approximately an hour and half, to be followed by a cocktail reception.

Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase, at a discount, Massachusetts Civil Trial Practice, published and regularly updated by LexisNexis, as printed material in connection with the CLE.
