Retired Members

Requirements for Retired Members

Retired rate memberships are $40 per year and are available to retired members of the bench and retired attorneys who were dues paying members of the Social Law Library for at least 5 years. For a member to qualify for the reduced “retired” membership rate, he or she must be registered as “retired” with the Board of Bar Overseers and must not be engaged in the active practice of law, except for the provision of pro bono services to or on behalf of a law-related, non-profit organization such as Senior Partners for Justice or its equivalent.
