Donations of Current Research or Historical Materials

The Library also welcomes donations of materials related to the history of the Library, or to the law and the legal establishment in Massachusetts or the United States.

Acceptance by the Library of any such gift requires a donation agreement. This agreement, among other terms, transfers full ownership of the materials to the Library and stipulates that the Library reserves the right to determine the use, retention, or disposal of all donated materials, in accordance with the Library’s mission and needs.

If you have any questions, please contact the Director of Library & Technical Services, Elaine Rosselle, at 617-226-1313 or [email protected].
