When a client loses a loved one, they look to their attorney to guide them through a complex, emotional, and highly technical court system. Join Vincent F. Procopio, Assistant Deputy Court Administrator, for an essential, practical guide to navigating the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court. The goal of this program is for all participants to be able to familiarize and assist their patrons or clients navigate the Probate court system during a difficult time. 

The program will provide guidance on the essential basics of the filing process, including options, time standards and venue guidelines. Time will be spent discussing the benefits and authority granted through different petitions filed with the court.
