Day 2 will focus on important trial issues:
- Jury empanelment, including use of questionnaires
- Evidentiary Issues:
- Incapacitation and proceeding without a testifying victim,
- Introduction of digital evidence including social media posts, cell phone evidence and deleted photos/communications
- Expert testimony
- Sentencing considerations
