The Supreme Judicial Court issued an order approving comprehensive revisions to the rules governing criminal pretrial discovery which took effect on March 1, 2025. Learn from the panelists who drafted the new rules and lawyers who are working with them. You will hear what judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys need to know. 

There will be commentary and feedback from the expert panel who will answer questions.
