  • The impact of stress on the nervous system.
  • Highlight the resources available to support lawyers’ mental and emotional health using self-compassion tools.

 

Attendees will leave with practical strategies for maintaining balance, resilience, and professional wellbeing using mindfulness and self-compassion.
