Day 2 will focus on important trial issues in sexual assault cases
- Jury empanelment, including use of questionnaires
- Evidentiary Issues: incapacitation and proceeding without a testifying victim, introduction of digital evidence including social media posts, cell phone evidence and deleted photos/communications
- Jury instructions
2.0 credits for each day for the Criminal Trials and Appeals, and YAD Appeals panels.
