Day 2 will focus on important trial issues in sexual assault cases

  • Jury empanelment, including use of questionnaires
  • Evidentiary Issues: incapacitation and proceeding without a testifying victim, introduction of digital evidence including social media posts, cell phone evidence and deleted photos/communications
  • Jury instructions
