Attorneys attending day two will learn:
- Various standards of review on appeal.
- How to advocate within standards of review, including waived or forfeited errors in criminal cases.
- Best practices and writing tips from the court and advocates alike.
Approved 2.0 credits for each day for the CAFL, Criminal Trials and Appeals, MH Appeals and YAD Appeals panels. CLE credit, when applicable, is only granted when 80 % of the live webinar is attended
