Day 1 will cover:
- Field Interrogation Observations (FIOs)
- Terry Stops
- When a seizure occurs
- Equal Protection challenges
- Discovery issues
Approved 2.0 credits for each day for the Criminal Trials and Appeals, and YAD Appeals panels.
