Three experienced immigration attorneys will discuss current events in family immigration law and answer these questions and more.

• How to assess a client’s immigration status
• Which categories exist for family immigration and how long is the wait for each?•Does the immigrant have to leave the United States to get status?
• ”Lifetime bans” - what are they and who has them?
• Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and other options for children•Options for victims of Domestic Violence
