The Massachusetts Guardianship Association and the Social Law Library are teaming up to present Session 2 of their Guardianship Law Series on October 21, 2015 - from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Session 2 will delve into some of the latest and most challenging aspects of guardianship law in Massachusetts. The program will feature expert panelists and speakers, including judges, attorneys, and medical professionals. The program will include:
o Keynote by Robert Fleischner on Supported Decision-Making
o Panel on End of Life/Life Sustaining Treatment
o Panel on Ethical Issues in Guardianships
