is training is intended for defense attorneys and prosecutors to best navi
gate the following sentencing topics as well as\, keep current with develo
ping areas of the law and in the Trial Court:\n \n1. How Probation uses th
e revised Sentencing Guidelines.\n2. Working with Probation to propose eff
ective probation conditions\, including Mass. R. Crim. P. 12 and Dist./Mun
. Ct. R. 4(c).\n3. Increasing familiarity with the GPS order form.\n\n4. H
ow does probation determine how people are supervised?\n5. What does super
vision look like? Online registration is encouraged. For assistance\, que
