NOW AVAILABLE - DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW APPEALS LABOR DECISIONS

Now Available at Social Law by Subscription!

The Social Law Library has begun adding select DALA Labor decisions to its existing Department of Labor database.  The Library currently has two years of DALA decisions dating from 10/10/13 to 5/25/16 and we will be adding more decisions as they are received.

To access these DALA decisions, simply log on to the Social Law website and click on the Department of Labor (Formerly LRC) database in the Administrative Database collection (database subscription required).  

You can easily search for these decisions by looking for docket numbers that begin with ‘LB’.
