Lawyer-Conducted Voir Dire in Massachusetts: Are You Prepared?

Starting early next year, lawyers will be able to conduct voir dire in Superior Court, and to ask the jury for a specific dollar amount of damages. Are you prepared for this seismic change in jury trials? Join top experts who will tell you what to expect, how to use expanded voir dire to your advantage, how to respond to an opponent’s voir dire, and how to create a winning trial strategy in light of these historic changes.
