Four years ago, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled in Goodridge v. Department of Public Health that civil marriage, with all of its protections, benefits, and obligations, must be available equally to same-sex couples. This program will look at the legal implications and practical consequences of the landmark case.
