Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loans are available to Social Law Library members when the Library does not own a book or when a book has been deemed missing from the collection. For patrons with Full Membership privileges, the Interlibrary Loan Librarian will try to locate the material and arrange for it to be borrowed. For harder-to-locate materials, the Library utilizes the OCLC interlibrary loan subsystem. This system gives the Library access to books, periodicals, and other materials owned by participating institutions throughout the United States. Sources range in size from larger university libraries, to smaller academic, public, and special libraries.

Occasionally, a lending library may charge for loan of a book or photocopies. In this case, all charges will be passed on to the requesting patron.
